Shipping Policy

All Sobel at Home orders will be shipped within 5 business days of order receipt as long as the items are in stock. Processing hours are from 6am-12pm Pacific Standard Time. We offer Free US ground shipping *courtesy of Sobel Westex on orders $200 and up excluding shipments to Alaska and Hawaii.

Our shipping carrier is FedEx. For home delivery they will ship packages Tuesday-Saturday. For any express shipments FedEx delivers Monday-Friday. Please keep this in mind when choosing an express shipment, it will not be delivered on the weekends.

Canceled Orders or Address Errors

After you have clicked “Submit Order,” your order begins to process and you cannot make any online changes to your order. To change or cancel your order prior to shipment, you must call a Customer Service representative. Please note that most orders process quickly and can enter the shipping process within minutes. If your order has already entered the shipping process, it cannot be changed or canceled.
