Shipping Policy

At Sobel Westex, we take quality and service seriously. Should you encounter any issues with any of our Sobel at Home quality hotel bed linen products, please apply for a return. 100% customer satisfaction guaranteed.

Shipping Policy

We Ship Via FedEx

All Sobel at Home orders will be shipped within 7 business days of order receipt as long as the items are in stock. Processing hours are from 6am-12pm Pacific Standard Time. We offer Free US ground shipping *courtesy of Sobel Westex on orders $200 and up excluding shipments to Alaska and Hawaii.

Our shipping carrier is FedEx. For home delivery they will ship packages Tuesday-Saturday. For any express shipments FedEx delivers Monday-Friday. Please keep this in mind when choosing an express shipment, it will not be delivered on the weekends.

 

Return Policy

Sobel at Home Product Return Process

Please follow these rules if you need to return any of our hotel linen products:  

  • Return shipping cost not covered and non-refundable: If you are dissatisfied and want to return your product for refund please be aware you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs all return shipping cost are non-refundable unless you purchase Free & Easy Return for Refunds or Store Credit by Redo. (This service will not apply to items on Sale)
  • You must request a return for refund within 30 days (45 days for international customers) after the invoice date. No refunds are issued after 30 days.
  • For All return request please use our Return Portal. *** Sale Items are not Eligible for Returns***
  • When returning the product, we strongly recommend the use of a carrier that can track packages. You are also responsible for insuring the returned item. Sobel Westex will not be responsible for any item lost in shipment.
  • The customer must inform Sobel Westex of any order discrepancy within 7 days of the delivery date.
  • All return(s) must have the original packaging and accessories.
  • Please allow 2-7 business days for us to process your return once we have received your items, contingent upon stock availability.
  • Sobel Westex reserves the right to refuse service that would void the return policy.
  • Only 1 return per order will be honored, that includes even exchanges on previous orders.
  • Sobel Westex does not refund the shipping charges on the original order. Your refund will include the cost of the items and any applicable tax.

Return Policy for Refunds

You may return items sold by Sobel Westex within 30 days from the invoice date for a full refund. Please note that all items returned for a refund must be returned in “as new” condition, in the original packaging, and include all accessories. Use our Return Portal.

Important Notice: If an item is returned and, upon inspection, it is determined that the item has been used, a partial refund may be issued instead of a full refund. To ensure you receive a full refund, please make sure to return only unused items in their original condition.

Holiday return policy : All items purchased on sale are not eligible for returns. Regular priced items are subject to the standard return policy. .

The following terms and conditions apply to the "All Sales events" promotion & Promo Codes:

  • Channel-Specific Promotions: Our sales and promotions are only available on the channel where you see them advertised. Promotions on Sobelathome.com cannot be applied to our Amazon store, and vice versa. To take advantage of a sale, please visit the specific channel where the promotion is offered.
  • Promotional Rate Applicability: Any promotional rate applies only to sale items marked as "Sale" at Sobelathome.com. This offer explicitly does not apply to products or services sold by third parties or offered through other websites or venues.
  • Non-Transferable and Non-Redeemable: Except as required by law, this offer is not transferable, is not redemable for cash, and has no cash value.
  • Previous Purchases and Exclusions: This offer does not apply to previous purchases, and does not cover taxes or expedited shipping and handling.
  • Availability: This offer is subject to availability and is only valid while supplies last.
  • Final Sale: All sales of items marked as "Sale" are final and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
  • Eligibility: Participation is voluntary, and limited to residents of the United States (other than Alaska, Puerto Rico and other outlying islands and territories) and Canada who are eighteen years of age or older during the Offer Period.
  • Void Where Prohibited: This offer is void where prohibited, taxed or otherwise restricted.
  • Promo Code Combination: Promo codes cannot be combined with sale items or other discounts.
  • Price Matching and Discounts: Please note that we are unable to offer discounts or price matching on items that have already been purchased.. 

Items Not Accepted for Return/Exchange/Refunds

We cannot accept returns of certain items for a refund, including:

  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after purchase.
  • Used items, All items needs to be in the original conditions and packaging  to be eligible for return.
  • Any item that is not in its original condition, is physically damaged, or is missing parts.
  • Products purchased during sale periods are considered final sales and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
  • Items returned without first emailing us. You will need to provide the order number that was given on the packaging slip to the customer support representative.
  • Bulk orders over 10 items are not eligible for returns. Please contact our customer service team for more information about this Retail@sobelwestex.com
  • The customer is responsible to pay for the return shipping to Sobel Westex

Why do I need to submit images with my return?

Taking photos of the product you received and uploading them to our return portal helps us determine if the return is eligible. Without these images, we may not be able to process your return request.

Can I apply a discount code after I've placed my order?

Once an order is placed, we are unable to apply any discounts or coupon codes to your purchase. To ensure you receive your discount, please apply your discount code at checkout before completing your order. Unfortunately, we cannot modify your order to include discounts after it has been finalized.

Canceled Orders or Address Errors

After you have clicked “Submit Order,” your order begins to process and you cannot make any online changes to your order. To change or cancel your order prior to shipment, you must call a Customer Service representative. Please note that most orders process quickly and can enter the shipping process within minutes. If your order has already entered the shipping process, it cannot be changed or canceled.
